For most businesses, hardware ships within 2-3 business days once your merchant account is approved. We pre-configure your menu, taxes, and tip settings before it leaves, so you can be ringing sales the day it arrives.

Every Clover device accepts chip insert, magnetic swipe, contactless tap (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac Flash), and manual entry. Online and invoice payments are supported too.

We use transparent interchange-plus pricing — you see the actual card-network cost plus a fixed markup. No tiered "qualified / non-qualified" hide-the-margin pricing. We will read your current statement with you to show the difference.

No. Phone, email, and on-site support during business hours is included with every merchant account. You speak to a person, not a menu.

Clover devices are locked to a specific processor, so they cannot transfer between providers. That is true industry-wide. We make sure you own your device outright — no lease — so there is no surprise buyout if the relationship changes.

Funds settle next business day by default. Same-day funding is available for an additional fee on most accounts.
